Communication skills with everyone that I talked to within this company was great! Megan took her time and explained everything that I had a question about. I was never rushed off the phone! As a first time home owner that has never had to replace a roof before they were very patient with me. They not only took care of the roof we had other complications arise and they never missed a beat! From the roof to the gutters it's everything we needed. I can’t say enough about the excellent service I received from TCB Elite Fleet. I received damage to my roof from Beryl. From the first call I made inquiring about service, Savannah was amazing! I had previously had a terrible experience with a contractor and my insurance company. Savannah made me feel so comfortable and assured me all along the way that I was being taken care of. She told me up front that the process with my insurance would take some time but not to worry. She kept me well informed throughout the process. On the day of the job, the crew was excellent! They were respectful and worked hard. The cleanup was awesome! Bishop made sure I was comfortable with the outcome. He even brought my trash can in from the street when he came by the next day to take pictures. I highly recommend TCB Elite Fleet for your roofing needs!!
