Simply The Best! - In my Tina Turner voice. TCB Elite was truly that for us. Hurricane Beryl got us this summer, we had made it through all the other hurricanes since 2012 without needing any repairs. But Beryl took down our undefeated streak.The day following the storm we found shingles on the ground around our house. I reached out to a family friend who had told me to let them know if I ever needed roof repair or replacement. They had an amazing company they had worked with that replaced their roof. He gave me his contact, Mark "Frog" Gatlin.I reached out to Frog immediately. He was great! Because we had never been through needing to do any work on our roof since becoming home owners, I needed help on the next steps. Frog explained every step for me and promised to help if I ran into road blocks or situation I didn't understand.Frog and his crew were at our house the next day. They immediately place traps on any of the areas damaged badly enough to need it and checked for anything that we wouldn't be able to see. Upon his final review it was concluded that replacing the roof was our best option, due to the age of the roof and the amount of damage caused by the storm.Again, Frog walked me through the steps I would be going through with my insurance to get everything going in the direction of getting our roof replaced. Once we got the ball rolling with my insurance, Frog was at our home the day the adjuster came to check the roof, in case he had any questions for him, as I would have no idea what to answer. That definitely put my mind at ease. Within 2 days we got the report back from our insurance that the adjuster agreed with TCB's opinion and they approved a full replacement.Our insurance plan unfortunately didn't cover the depreciation of the roof on the age of the house. Again, Frog was there to help me get some of that recovered, that of course was greatly appreciated, since we already had a deductible to cover. And now we were getting to the final step, getting the roof replaced.Of course, TCB was slammed with business due to the storm and their amazing service caused a ton of word mouth business as well. Frog said they could get to my roof ASAP but because they had already tarped and made our roof safe, I told him to get to those that were in worse shape than us and get to us when they had helped those in need first.Within a few weeks Frog was reaching out to set a date and have us pick out a color of shingle we wanted. We also received a call from the owner, Chad Gatlin, making sure everything was being handled to our happiness and if we had any questions. He also, like Frog explained the way they replace roofs is different from most and will out last those other guys, with a warranty to boot.And to the end. I was actually out of town the day Frog and his team replaced our roof. But because of the confidence he given my wife and I, I knew me being out of town wouldn't be a big deal at all. My wife confirmed, they showed up at 6am, they worked tirelessly throughout the day and completed our full roof by sun down. When I got home the next day, sure enough, our house looked brand new with our new beautiful roof.Frog stopped by later that day to make sure I was happy with the work. He pointed out some of the venting they added to help keep our attic and entire house cooler in the summer heat. He also walked the house to double check for anything accidentally left behind by his crew, nothing to find, except one nail, which is incredible when you think we have a one story 3,800 sq ft house with a 3 car garage.As I said at the beginning, TCB Elite is simply the best and I would recommend them to anyone. Had a great and smooth experience with TCB Elite Fleet. I highly recommend this company! Such a fast and efficient crew, they completed the job in one day. I needed my roof replaced and when I contacted them, they came the next day to explain the whole process and material choices. They were thorough and answered all my questions. TCB did a great job negotiating with my insurance company after Hurricane Beryl damaged my roof. I ended up with a full replacement and could not be happier with the results! If I ever have roofing needs again, they will be my first call. The customer experience was painless.
